IMPROVING PHYSICAL FUNCTION BY FOCUSING ON SPORTS ARCHERY TRAINING

ABSTRACT Introduction: Physical training of high-level archers is a very critical point. It now known that the ultimate goal athletes’ to achieve good competitive state in their physical training. This has revealed relationship between attention stability and performance archery competitions also needs be explored. Objective: Analyze fitness methods for Chinese archers. In addition, this paper explores competitions. Methods: By random sampling method, 24 athletes were investigated. They divided into three groups: A, B, C. Group A represented excellent scores (8), group B with C average (8). Statistical used analyze infer data. Using SPSS program, mathematical statistics performed objectify data collected. Results: Athletes had greatest increase after training, showing statistical significance (P<0.01). The comparison groups showed Significant differences found experimental control groups. Conclusion: sport bow practice method can effectively improve concentration. significant effect on improving archers’ Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
